In order to minimize the cost to you of data conversion please submit any text information in PLAIN ASCII format whenever possible. Simply cut & paste the subject text into an e-mail window and send to:

Please use the title of your Web Site as the subject and remember to cite the complete URL of the page or pages to which the text belongs and include instructions such as:

"http://ww.mysite.com/agenda.html - please replace para 2 with the following:"

When sending plain ASCII is not possible, or you wish QGM to perform the conversion, we can accept text data in the following formats:

RICH TEXT FORMAT (.RTF)

This is the preferred format when ASCII text will not work to convey desired formatting, such as bold, tabulated data, etc. .RTF files can be created by performing a "save as" from your word processor or editor, selecting Rich-Text Format, and changing the filename to filename.RTF

We can also accept and convert text from most popular Word Processor Formats as well:

Please attach these types of files to an E-mail message (read the HELP in your E-mail program for instructions on how to do this) and send to . Don't forget to include the URL and instructions as mentioned above.

Finally, QGM does have advanced scanning & optical character recognition capabilities, allowing us to quickly and easily read and convert CLEAN, CLEAR, typewritten text from printed matter. Send printed matter to:

You may indicate selected portions of the text by annotations in the margin, or via atached instructions. DO NOT highlight, underline or otherwise mark up the text itself.

Please make sure that you have the right to include any submission at your web site. QGM does not review or otherwise check on copyright issues; this is your responsibility and/or potential liability. Please not that we will not knowingly participate in copyright infringement.

In order to protect all of our clients, any data submitted electronically as an attached file or via disk is thoroughly checked for viruses. Any data found to be infected will be immediately deleted. QGM accepts no responsibility for delays or other damages due to this possibility. Repeated transmission of virus containing information will result in a blanket non-acceptance of e-mail from your e-mail address.
