Response Forms

A better way to get e-mail

An important aspect of your web site is the ability to recieve feedback, requests, and develop leads from visitors. An E-mail response Form (unlike an e-mail mailto link) allows you to request important information from the user. This information helps qualify leads, indicate users preferences, and in general assure that you get useful information along with their request.

Examples of information that you might request when receiving e-mail from your web site visitors:

  • Occupation
  • Level of Product or Service Interest
  • Phone Number, Address or other contact info.
  • When they anticipate buying yours or a similar product
  • Other user information that will help you

This EXAMPLE response form will send a formatted e-mail response back to you, simulating the type of information your web site could be providing. Please note in this example, the Name & E-mail fields are required. In actual site development any of the input fields may be made mandatory.
