In order to assure site performance, all site updates and modifications are made by QGM. During the site development process those areas which require periodic updates are identified so as to be coded in such a manner as to allow for efficient updating. Typical site features such as press releases, calendars, and schedules can then be updated with a minimum of effort and cost. A typical change to a schedule page then takes only a few minutes to complete.

Primary communication regarding changes is conducted via e-mail. After the site is completed we will provide detailed instructions to your personnel regarding the transmission of changes to QGM in order to streamline the process and reduce the cost of changes.

Optionally, for those clients who require frequent changes, we also offer an annual maintenance agreement which reduces our hourly rates significantly.
